Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you’ve changed your mind, you can return your order for a refund (excluding shipping costs) within 30 days, provided the item is:

• unopened

• sealed in its original packaging

• never removed from its box

Because of the intimate nature of our products — and to protect the health and safety of all customers — we cannot accept returns on any item where the packaging has been opened, even if the product has not been used. This ensures every customer receives products that are new, untouched, and safe.
