At love. not war., shipping is as important to us as the materials we use to make our products. We ensure all our partners are as ‘green’ as possible to ensure the entire process, from you purchasing on our website to your love. not war. arriving at home, doesn't cost the earth.

 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping prices depend on where you are. We currently only ship within the UK and US, as these are the regions where we have distribution centres.

Once your order has been dispatched, it should arrive within 5–10 working days.

UK: Free shipping for orders above £30.00
US: Free shipping for orders above $30.00

Please note: we no longer ship to countries outside the UK and US due to the additional duties, fees, and admin involved.

 

Will my product be delivered in discreet packaging?
All love. not war. products are delivered in completely discreet packaging with no clue as to what is within the package.


Where do you deliver?

Right now, we ship from our distribution centres in the UK and US. This means orders placed in the UK are dispatched locally, and the same goes for US orders unless there's a stock shortage in one region, in which case we may fulfil from the other.

Please note: we no longer ship to Europe due to high customs duties and delivery complications.


How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Once shipped, you should receive your order within 5-10 working days. 


Returns & Refunds

If you’ve changed your mind about your purchase, you can return it for a refund (excluding shipping costs) within 30 days, provided it is unopened, sealed in the original packaging, and has not been removed from its box.

Due to the nature of our products and for the health and safety of our customers, we are unable to accept returns on items where the packaging has been opened, regardless of whether the product has been used or not. This policy ensures that all of our customers receive products that are completely new, untouched, and safe.

I don’t have my receipt anymore, can I still return my toy?
Check your email as your order confirmation is all we need for returns. If you no longer have your order confirmation, then contact us at hello@l-n-w.com with the email address you used for purchase and we will see if we can help.
