Sustainability Initiative Details

• Shipping Costs: We’re happy to cover the cost of repairing or recycling your love. not war. product. We only ask that you kindly cover the shipping cost to the nearest distribution centre, from where we'll transfer it to our manufacturing plant. This enables us to continue our eco-conscious efforts sustainably.
• Distribution Centers: To minimize emissions and shipping costs, we have distribution centres in the UK, US, and the Netherlands. Your item will be directed to the closest centre to reduce its carbon footprint.
• Repair Evaluation: Once received, we’ll assess any repairs needed. For simple, cost-effective repairs, we’ll proceed and return the product to you. If the repair is extensive and not financially viable, we’ll advise you and, if needed, proceed with responsible recycling.
• Accepted Items: To maintain high standards in both quality and sustainability, we accept only genuine love. not war. products for repair or recycling. This allows us to ensure proper material handling and recycling processes.
